As Toronto’s smallest student residence with just 342 beds, you can expect a warm welcome from our full time staff. We have six different floor plans so if shared living is your thing we have you covered, if you want more privacy we have studios and one beds. Our location is unbeatable across the street from TMU quad.

Varies based on duration of stay and suite style. We’re very flexible and can accommodate an earlier move-in or an extended move-out date, provided we have the space! You can find the full detailed list of all our options.

Tartu College

Tartu College is a friendly, desirable co-ed residence providing affordable accommodation for students attending Toronto universities.

Tartu College has 459 rooms available for full-time students attending a Toronto university. A typical fall-winter school semester occupancy period is from September 1 to April 30, (8 months). Tartu will also accept a limited number of students who will be attending university for only the fall or winter semesters (4 months). From May through late August, Tartu also welcomes travelling students, visitors or groups to Toronto.

All students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all legal documents, such as the housing contract, health forms and field trip forms.
