Avant Toronto
As Toronto’s smallest student residence with just 342 beds, you can expect a warm welcome from our full-time staff. We have six different floor plans so if shared living is your thing we have you covered, if you want more privacy we have studios and one beds. Our location is unbeatable across the street from TMU quad.
Your student housing experience is about more than just where you live, it’s about the community you spend your time with. Avant Living is an embodiment of the shared lifestyle at Avant, which plays out across our beautiful courtyard, community lounge and game room, and in interactions between neighbours and staff.

Students under the age of 18
All students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all legal documents, such as the housing contract, health forms and field trip forms.

Students who are 16 at the time of program start at TMUIC are required to live in a homestay and must use a custodianship service from one of the approved providers below. It is important to have a guardian that represents the parents in legal and emergency situations while you are studying abroad.
